Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and include no sales tax unless required by applicable state law
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors
Product availability is subject to change without notice
Each order is a one-time purchase; we do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your full card number.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days. Standard shipping ($9.95, free on orders over $120) delivers within 3–7 business days to addresses in the continental United States. See our full Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Cancellations policy for details. All refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Purveyor of Wellness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
