Shipping & returns

Shipping

All orders ship from our facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. Orders placed before
2pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders after that go out the
next business day. We do not dispatch on weekends or US federal holidays.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as the label is created. If tracking has
not moved 48 hours after dispatch, email us and we will chase the carrier rather than
asking you to.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO
addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns

Return anything within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the
purchase price. Opened boxes are fine — you cannot tell whether a child takes to a
toy without giving it to the child.

How to return something

• Email support@purveyorblocks.store with your order number.
• We reply with a prepaid return label, usually the same business day.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of
  the return arriving. You will get an email when it is processed.

Return shipping is free if the item was damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
For a change-of-mind return, $5.95 is deducted to cover the return label.

Damaged or missing pieces

If a set arrives damaged, or a piece is missing from the count, send us a photo and
your order number. We ship a replacement piece or set immediately — we do not ask
you to return a damaged item first, and we do not ask you to return a whole set because
of one cracked block.
