One-Time Billing
Every purchase on Purveyor Blocks is a one-time, non-recurring charge. We do not offer subscriptions, memberships, or automatic rebilling of any kind. Your card is charged once at the time of purchase, and only for the exact amount shown at checkout.
Transaction Security
- SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols
- PCI-DSS Compliance: Our payment processor is fully PCI-DSS compliant, meeting the highest standards for handling card data
- AVS Verification: Address Verification Service (AVS) confirms your billing address matches the one on file with your card issuer
- CVV Verification: The 3- or 4-digit security code on your card is verified with every transaction
- 3D Secure: Where supported by your card issuer, additional authentication may be required for added protection
Data Handling
We never store your full card number on our servers. Payment information is handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant processor. We retain only the last four digits of your card and the transaction ID for order reference and customer service.
Statement Descriptor
Charges from Purveyor Blocks will appear on your statement as “PURVEYOR BLOCKS” or a similar variation. If you don’t recognize a charge, please check your order confirmation email before contacting your bank.
Disputes
If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact us first at support@purveyorblocks.store or call (307) 335-8201. We resolve most issues within 24 hours and can process refunds faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.
