Getting Your Blocks to You

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number immediately after purchase, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to all 50 United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it.
