We answer Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm ET, and aim to reply within one business day.
If you are writing about an existing order, including the order number in the first
message saves a round trip.
Schools, nurseries and bulk orders
We supply preschools, nurseries, childminders and occupational therapy practices.
Volume pricing starts at orders over $500, and we can work to a purchase order and
issue a W-9 if your finance office needs one. Email the same address with a rough
quantity and we will send a quote the same day.
Wholesale
If you run a toy shop or a museum shop and want to stock the range, tell us a little
about the shop and we will send trade terms and a line sheet.
