Who we are
Purveyor of Wellness LLC, trading as Purveyor Blocks, 1309 Coffeen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. We are the data
controller for information collected through this website. Contact:

What we collect
- Order information — name, delivery and billing address, email
address, phone number where given, and what you bought. - Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We
receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card. We never see
or store your full card number. - Correspondence — emails you send us, kept so we can deal with
returns and warranty questions later. - Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages viewed,
used to keep the site working and to detect fraud.

Who we share it with
Only those who need it to fulfil your order: our payment processor, our shipping
carriers, and our email and hosting providers. We do not sell personal information, and
we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Support
correspondence is kept for three years. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it
for marketing. Email support@purveyorblocks.store and we will respond within 30
days. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to
request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the shop — keeping your cart
between pages, keeping you signed in, and security. You can block cookies in your browser,
but the cart will not work if you do.
Children
We sell toys for children, but we sell them to adults. This site is not directed at
children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you
believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
