Terms of service
The terms you agree to when you order from Purveyor Blocks.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Purveyor of Wellness LLC, trading as Purveyor Blocks,
of 1309 Coffeen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to
these terms.
2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, priced in error,
or the delivery address is one we cannot ship to — we will tell you and refund
any payment in full.
3. Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout
where applicable. We correct pricing errors before dispatch; where a price is obviously
wrong, we are not obliged to supply at that price and will offer you the choice of
paying the correct price or cancelling.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store your full
card details on our servers.
5. Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a
parcel is confirmed delivered but you do not have it, tell us within 14 days and we will
open a carrier investigation.
6. Returns
Our returns terms are set out on the Shipping &
Returns page and form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your
statutory rights.
7. Product use
Our products are toys for domestic and educational use. Age guidance is printed on the
packaging and must be followed. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from use
contrary to that guidance or from lack of supervision.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our
negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to
that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid
for it.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, designs and layout — belongs to us
and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the courts of Wyoming
have exclusive jurisdiction.
